PCRM, Inc was formed in 1975 to manage and oversee the premier apartment communities owned by Partnership Concepts' partnerships.  PCRM, Inc. currently manages over 1,500 apartment units located in the suburbs of Chicago and  North West Indiana. PCRM, Inc. Partnership Concepts Realty Management, Inc., maintains a caring on-site management and maintenance staff at each apartment community.

With a centralized general office to oversee all accounting procedures and a supervisory management staff to oversee the on-site management of all properties, Partnership Concepts Realty Management, Inc. is able to cut costs by buying maintenance, office and general supplies in bulk and distributing them to each property. The home office staff includes three Certified Property Managers (CPM's) and three CPA's in addition to the executive staff.

Both management and maintenance staff are on-call 24 hours a day. Their pride and devotion to the properties and the residents who live there is evidenced by high levels of maintenance and occupancy rates consistently higher than competition.

The Chicagoland Apartment Association issues annual CAMME Awards for apartment leasing, management and maintenance excellence. These awards, similar in status to the film industry Oscar Awards, are presented for certain designated outstanding characteristic, image or expertise. PCRM, Inc., has won the most awards of any company!  This is a wonderful tribute from the leaders and our peers in the industry.

Partnership Concepts Realty Management, Inc.,  has been awarded the Distinction of Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management. This distinction has been awarded to only 650 of the most respected management companies in the United States.
